Course #REL304        Cost:  $132 per course (senior rate $114)

This course explore how three trends in contemporary American spirituality are finding a home in the Jewish community and how they are being Judaized.

Chant Hebrew Kirtan and discuss how it deepens the prayer service. Examine how Jewish institutions are becoming more sustainable and how these practices are rooted in Jewish teachings. Explore recent writings and events that bring the focus of Jewish spiritual life back into the body. Do these trends reflect a deeper shift or are they just fads in an ever evolving tradition?
